mixed experience with some issues.

faulty dispenser inconvenient shower

I was quite disappointed with the bar service. It proved difficult to get a table when i wanted one. the staff indicated tables could only be allocated for short periods during busy times. the shampoo dispenser in the shower was also faulty. It kept falling off the wall whenever i tried to use it. this made showering inconvenient.

shockingly slow breakfast service

the location was acceptable, very close to many facilities.

the service was shockingly slow at breakfast. i waited almost an hour for my order. a large conference group was there, but that is not an excuse.

excellent breakfast spacious bathroom luxurious touch

The breakfast was excellent. The spacious bathroom also impressed me. I found the Penhaligon toiletries a luxurious touch. There was a Nespresso machine with fresh milk in the room. It was a very welcome addition.

The music was loud one evening until late. I could not reach customer services by phone.
